GYROTONIC(R) Book "The Art of Exercising and Beyond"(R)The experiences that Juliu Horvath had on St. Thomas resulted in the production of this book. His poetry, sketches, and paintings were created in bits and pieces over a 10 year period, and eventually they all fell into place like a jigsaw puzzle and the layout became clear to him. The photos taken of Juliu that appear in this book were also taken during this time of his intense movement practice, and in combination with his writings and visual art, form the main theme of this book. He thus completed the books overall structure on St. Thomas in the late 1970s and has not altered it since. In this book he artistically documents and provides a snapshot of what his life was like and what he experienced during this time. And as they exist today, GYROTONIC? and GYROKINESIS? methodologies are the end result and summary of his work and experiences on St. Thomas.
